Roots and Shoots
A bible study group, open for anyone. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 19:30 in the church.
A gathering of those church members who are “no longer working”. It meets roughly every month to share lively discussion over coffee or tea. Often there is a topic or sometimes a speaker. All are welcome and new ideas gratefully received. Check the calendar for meeting dates or contact us.
This group meets on the first Saturday of each month at church at 08:00. The purpose of the group is for men to get together, to enjoy a good breakfast, to talk and pray. We normally aim to finish by 09:30.
— Due to the current situation, Men’s Breakfast is happening at private homes right now. —
Here women of all ages enjoy a lovely organic breakfast, each others company and the wisdom inspiring speakers.
— Due to hygiene restrictions, Women’s Breakfast is on pause right now. —
We have a small singing group, open to anyone who enjoys singing, which helps to introduce new songs to our worship. Their perfomances also enrich special services, like the annual Nine lessons and Carols or on Easter day. They meet to practise twice a month on Sundays after the service.
— Due to hygiene restrictions, the Singing Group is on pause right now. —
Each year we hold an annual church retreat over one weekend. This is usually one of the highlights of our community life together.
Once or twice a year we have quiet days. These are opportunities for quiet prayer and contemplation.
