RECAP – Jubilee for the Earth: A Diocese in Europe service for Creationtide 

A few weeks ago we invited you to take part in a diocese-wide virtual service. (You can read the post here)

This service on 18 September was a great opportunity to gather together to mark Creationtide as we focused on our duty to preserve the gifts we have received in God’s creation and be prayerful and active in our efforts to tackle the climate emergency. It was a delight to be joined by Bishop Nick (Bishop of Salisbury and the Church of England’s lead bishop on environmental issues) as our guest preacher.
